I am a third-year student at the University of Georgia majoring in journalism and communication studies with a minor in law, jurisprudence and the state.
Alongside my coursework, I am an editorial intern at Georgia Magazine, a copy editor at Strike Magazine Athens and director of public relations for Shop With a Bulldog at UGA.
My previous experiences also include contributing to the culture desk at the Red & Black and writing feature stories for Southern Views Magazine.
Through these opportunities, I have found a passion for creating and sharing a message. Whether that message is a news story, a creative narrative or a social media post, I use my background in mass communication to ensure a story is being told.
Since a young age, I have observed the world around me, always asking questions and searching for the answers. This curiosity has made me dedicated to sharing experiences, creating connections and using the power of media and publication to do so.
After completing my education and gaining further expertise in the field, I look forward to pursuing a career in content writing and creation.
